We are looking for a maintenance field supervisor firefighting to join our Maintenance Team at the Neste Rotterdam Refinery.

The plant has a maintenance department that is responsible for the planning and implementation of advanced maintenance systems. Maintenance and inspection are planned depending on the risk associated with the concerned section of the installation. Besides the daily maintenance works, the Maintenance Department also coordinates major Turnarounds (TA) and Shutdowns (SD). The primary task of the maintenance field supervisor firefighting is to support in maintaining all firefighting, firedetection related equipment and side infrastructures in a safe and efficient way. Act as deputy supervisor during the absence of the maintenance supervisor firefighting. This role is responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient field execution of maintaining, testing and certification of firefighting equipment.

• Provides Safety leadership

• Participates and leads in the contractor safety meeting

• Aligns within the maintenance department goals through cooperation with different discipline supervisors, firefighting engineer, planners and operations supervisors.

• Supports the discipline work preparators with technical input where requested.

• Responsible for safe and timely execution of preventive and corrective work orders for firefighting equipment in all disciplines (static, rotating, E&I).

• Supports/coordinates the contracted firefighting team of technicians.

• Handling administrative follow-up of work orders in the maintenance management system (SAP)

• Define technical solution for corrective maintenance with respect to all firefighting equipment in all disciplines.

• Investigates and follows up on malfunction reports related to firefighting equipment.

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Petrochemical Industry, with a focus on firefighting equipment. Potential to grow further in the organization

• Knowledge of relevant legislation (NFPA / PGS 29 / Technisch Bulletin norms) is an advantage.
